Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
The day of your arrival the rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Luggage storage is available 24 hours a day. A credit card number with its expiry date is required for all reservations.
The first night can be charged to your credit card as a deposit before your arrival.
Non-refundable, the entire stay is charged to your credit card when booking.
For other rates, any cancellation must be in writing. –
Any cancellation of an individual reservation occurring: in Low Season (from 03/18/2017 to 06/30/2017 and from 09/23/2017 to 11/04/2017), more than 2 days before the arrival date , will give rise to the full refund of the deposit. From 2 days to the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept as compensation.
In High Season (from 01/07/2019 to 22/09/2017), more than 7 days before the date of arrival, will give rise to the full refund of the deposit.
From 7 days to the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept as compensation.
– Any interruption of stay in progress will result in full payment of the reserved service.
A limited number of garages under the hotel are available by reservation only, with a supplement of €16 per day, height limited to 1.80 m and narrow places. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed in the rooms, only baby cots on request.
Dogs and only dogs can be admitted on request and with a supplement of 20€ per day and per dog.
