In spring, the Pereire and Abatilles districts will surprise you with their colours. Discover the Pereire park, its 41 hectares, and its thousands of pines which give it such a special look. Discover the residential area of Les Abatilles, as well as the only source of mineral water in the Gironde, the Sainte Anne des Abatilles spring.
During the heat of summer, the beaches will open their doors to you. Take the time to stroll in the city center, or to explore the streets thanks to the many cycle paths. At its heart nestles an immense building, the Notre Dame Basilica, whose ornaments and decorations are as rich on the outside as on the inside.
In the fall, head for the districts of Saint-Ferdinand and Aiguillon, which contain the fishing and pleasure ports. You will be able to contemplate the typical nautical buildings of the Basin: pinnaces, sailing or motor boats…
